Should I make a Reservation?

You don't need to make one, as we are drop-in, but it doesn't hurt to call in ahead to make sure there is space for your child. Also, if you are wanting one of our Daily Rates or a Preschool Day, you MUST purchase it ahead of time. Please call (661) 410-8463 or drop by Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm to do so with our Reservation Specialist. 

If you need care for a child under 2 years old, We do STRONGLY recommend a reservation as there are only spots for 16 in that room. Please remember that all reservations need to be paid for at the time that you make them and that they are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

I already pre paid, why do I have an "overage"?

The time that you pay for when you make your reservation has a start and stop time...if you choose to drop off even a few minutes before your start time or choose to pick up even a few minutes past your stop time, our time clock system will calculate an overage for your child's visit. Sometimes it may be a VERY small amount, but we do expect payment when you pick up. We provide a service and we do bill in 5 minute increments after that first hour. Thank you.

How easy is it to Register?

So Easy!!!  Just go to the Registration Page and follow the instructions. When you come in for the first time, we print it out, have you look it over, sign a few documents, and then you are free to leave us the kiddos and head off to do whatever it is you need to do!!
